About 7 Leaves Cafe

In January 2012, the first 7 Leaves Cafe opened its doors in a modest 1,100-square-foot space in Little Saigon, Westminster. The early menu featured coffee, fresh juices, and bánh mì sandwiches — but the team was already experimenting furiously with handcrafted drink recipes using fresh pandan leaves, mung beans, taro root, and passion fruit.

We opened Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley and Irvine — three new neighborhoods welcomed us in a single year.

We opened at The Shoppes at Chino Hills — bringing 7 Leaves to the Inland Empire and giving the community a new place to gather over coffee, tea and goodness.

In 2017, 7 Leaves officially launched its franchising program — a carefully deliberate decision to extend their model to aligned partners who shared the brand's values. This wasn't just a growth strategy; it was an invitation. New families could now carry the 7 Leaves spirit into their own communities.

A new concept: ARTISAN launches in Fountain Valley with Crema Bakery.
In July 2021, we joined beloved Orange County bakery Crema to unveil ARTISAN — a 3,000-square-foot elevated fast-casual restaurant and café at 10065 Garfield Ave. in Fountain Valley. Chef-driven brunch, fresh-baked croissants and macarons, and our signature beverages — all under one beautiful roof. It was us asking: what happens when we go even deeper?

We also opened our first Bay Area cafe — a decade in, reaching farther.

East meets west — Georgia opens, and we go Southeast.
We opened a satellite location in Duluth, Georgia, bringing 7 Leaves to the Southeast United States for the first time. The Vietnamese-American community in the Atlanta metro area had long awaited this moment. The cup had finally arrived.

New market — Arizona, our Phoenix corporate flagship.
After years of planning, our first Arizona corporate location opened in Phoenix at 702 W. Osborn Rd. in October 2023 — housed in the former Burger Factory, complete with a drive-thru. It was our first fully corporate-owned location outside of California, a deliberate test for future growth.

Osborn brings 7 Leaves to Phoenix, Arizona, and La Habra joins back home.
A bold new chapter — and we're just getting started.

Open for goodness in La Mirada.
This July we celebrated the grand opening of our newest cafe at 14210 Imperial Hwy, La Mirada — balloons, big smiles, and a whole team ready to serve the neighborhood.

And there's more on the horizon — with new cafes coming to San Diego, Rosemead, Monrovia, Gardena, Placentia, Orange, and Calvine. One cup, one community at a time — the journey keeps growing.
