How do I get the 7 Leaves Loyalty App?
Head to the app store and download either the iOS or Android version of the app.
How does the 7 Leaves Loyalty Program work?
For every $1 you spend through the mobile app you will earn 1 Leaf. You can make purchases online or in store and have our Team Members scan the order QR code to ensure that you get your Leaves. If you pay for online ordering, your Leaves are automatically added to your account!
Top Tip:Ensure you are signed into the Mobile App. If you are signed in as a "guest", you will not be able to earn Leaves.
How many Leaves do I need to collect to receive a reward?
It is now faster and easier than ever to start earning rewards! Collect 20 Leaves to receive a Free Freshly-Made Macaron or save your leaves to unlock a Free Coffee or Tea (20oz) starting at 45 Leaves. Please click "Redeem with Leaves" to get a full list of unlockable rewards!
I paid for my order and forgot to have my app scanned. Can I still get my Leaves?
Sadly, no. All leaves are calculated upon completion of the order. To ensure that you don’t miss out on leaves, we recommend that users Order Ahead with our ‘Skip The Line’ button.
I just paid and picked up my online order. How can I get my Leaves?
Once you register and sign into the app, you do not need to do anything else to receive Leaves for your online order. Leaves will be added to your account automatically as long as you are not checking out as a "guest".
I didn't receive my Leaves when I purchased my item. Why?
Leaves can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. Our app will send users a push notification upon delivery of Leaves. Points will not be given for Gift Card and Stamp Card Redemption.
I purchased a 7 Leaves Cafe item through a third party vendor or delivery service, will I still receive Leaves?
Leaves are earned for menu items, retail, and gift cards that are purchased in-store at 7 Leaves Cafe locations or through the 7 Leaves Cafe App only. For online ordering, you will receive Leaves automatically if you are signed in and do not check out as a "guest". You will not receive Leaves if you purchase your order through third party vendors such as Postmates, UberEATS, Grubhub, DoorDash, etc.
Can I have more than one account on my device?
Multiple accounts used on the same device will not work with the rewards program. Leaves can be restored from one phone to another by tapping on the side menu and selecting ‘Help’.
How long do my Leaves last?
There is no expiration date on Leaves! You can use them at any time.
What is available for purchase on the app?
The mobile app will offer all main menu items such as our Coffee, Tea and Macarons. Other items such as Secret Menu Items, Retail, Gift Cards, Food and Half Gallon are not available on the app.
How do I pick up my drinks?
There will be a designated spot for pick up orders. Please be ready to display the order details in the app to a team member in order to receive your drink(s).
Are add-ons included in the Reward Redemption?
Add-Ons are included! You earned it!
Why is the app asking for my location data?
We only use location data for 2 reasons:
1. To link you to the 7 Leaves location that you are checking in at
2. To find the nearest 7 Leaves around you
We do not use your location data for any other purpose.
Does the app round up or down for Leaves?
Leaves will be rounded to the nearest dollar value. Example would be if an order completed was $4.50 then the amount of Leaves rewarded would be 5. If an order completed for $4.49 then the amount of Leaves rewarded would be 4.
How do I modify/cancel my drink after placing the order but before picking up the order?
Please call the store where the order was placed directly to modify your order. Leaves and credit may take 1-3 days to be returned.
How come my favorite location does not show up in the list of stores?
We are currently in the process of rolling out the app to all stores. If you do not see your favorite location available yet, please check back later.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no additional fees to ordering through the app but there may be additional state and local taxes where applicable. Delivery fee's will also be charged if a delivery order is placed.
Can I check my order history?
On the main screen of the app, you can scroll down and select ‘Repeat Order’ to view your order history or to order again.
How often can I transfer points between my accounts?
To avoid fraud, we only allow users to transfer points once every 3 days.
