Our Commitment & Responsibility
At 7 Leaves, we have a rooted belief seeing the world “through our customer’s eyes.” This powerful idea helps us stay focused on what’s most important: living up to the trust you place in us every day.
As cities here and around the world tackle the increasing spread of the coronavirus, we'd like to share our commitment of keeping our families, team members and communities safe and healthy, guided by proper care.
We believe it's our responsibility not only to focus on the well-being of our team and our communities, we also want to support our local health officials and government leaders as they work to respond to the disease.
We are closely monitoring updates from the CDC, WHO, and FDA. Through their recommendations, we are educating our teams on how to prevent the spread of the virus:
As we continue to navigate through COVID-19 together, our commitment and responsibility to our team members and communities remain steadfast. To help inform and equip our team members of the latest safety protocols, we’ve provided resource packets for our teams to better preserve and implement CDC guidelines. For our families and communities to have the best and safest experience with us, we want to answer some frequently asked questions:
We highly encourage our customers to utilize our mobile app to safely order and minimize close contact. You can also expect social distancing markers on the floor, plexiglass protection, hand sanitizer stations, contactless payment, mask requirement, closed indoor seating, and drive-thru (where available).
We ask any team members with symptoms to stay home and self-quarantine. Due to the availability of our team members, there will be times when our stores cannot operate at full capacity and hours will be adjusted accordingly.
Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. The health and safety of our team members and customers continue to be our highest commitment.
No. With CDC protocols in place, you are not considered close contact or potentially exposed. We are in the process of transitioning some of our cashier stations to the front door to provide more open space and reduce contact.
Our team members also check their conditions prior to starting their shift, wear protective equipment at all times, wash their hands frequently, and clean and sanitize high-touch areas throughout the store regularly. We have a zero tolerance policy on these standards in order to ensure a safe environment for our team and our customers.
