In the winter of 2010, a time of economic recession and uncertainties, a group of friends set out on an adventure to travel across Asia – hoping to find some answers about their career and personal fulfillment. Six months later, they got the keys to a small humble noodle shop in a town called Little Saigon, their hometown. On January 7th 2012, after six months of hard work and many blessings, the first 7 Leaves Cafe opened its door to the public.
